Senior Electrical Engineer, Advanced Development · Needham, MA
Lead hardware and firmware for early-stage consumer product concepts, taking ideas from sketch to working bench prototype so leadership can make fast, data-backed go/no-go calls. Prototype on ESP32 and RP2040 across thermal, time-of-flight, and gesture sensing, and build Python tooling that shortens test-to-insight time for the team.

Designed, tested, and brought up hardware for neural interface technology: automated test protocols, signal-integrity checks, and real-time data acquisition during validation. Applied statistical analysis to prototype data to guide design refinements with firmware, software, and product teams.

Project engineer on an $80M, 11-floor commercial build. Coordinated MEP design, BIM clash detection, and NEC/ASHRAE compliance inspections across disciplines.
